In brief

Specialising in accident claims involving personal injuries, I deal with a wide range of claims including road traffic accidents, accidents at work, product liability and occupiers’ liability claims and Criminal Injuries Compensation claims. I have a particular interest in spinal injuries.

I support and advise clients from notification of the claim through to trial or earlier settlement and give referrals for appropriate investment advice and rehabilitation where required.

In public

I have spoken at many seminars and have run all day courses for professionals dealing with a variety of legal issues.

In work

Personal Injury law is varied and fast moving. It requires an empathy with the client which is often stretched to the furthest degree because of the terrible circumstances the client finds themselves in.

I am a member of the Law Society.

In the past

A law graduate from the University of East Anglia I was articled at Woodham Smith and Radcliffes before qualifying in 1990. Following this I was a Partner in the Health Group at RadcliffesLe Brasseur and a speaker for In Practice before joining Boyes Turner in January 2007.

In my spare time

I live in a South Oxfordshire hamlet and away from work I enjoy running, skiing and renovating our holiday home in Corfu.
